Beauty Tips for Every Bride

It is every brides dream to look and feel their very best on one of the most special days of their life. I have gathered a short list below on some top beauty tips to help you shine on your big day.

SKINCARE
Start with seeking a dermatologist to address your skin concerns, this should be done six months leading up to your day. Give your skin what it needs and target any skin problems in the early stages. In the week leading up, I would recommend focussing on a basic skincare routine and avoiding any new products to reduce the risk of breakouts. Wear your sunscreen too!

HYDRATION
Drink plenty of water in the weeks leading up to your special day. Water is hydration, and hydration is glowing, plump skin.

HAIRCARE
Nourish your hair. Regular trimming and conditioning will keep your hair healthy and ready to be styled. I personally love the COLOUR WOW MONEY MASQUE, it gives you the glossiest, shiniest hair.

SLEEP
Get yourself to bed early, and prioritise sleep. Seven to nine hours sleep each night helps reduce stress, and this does really shows in your skin.

RELAX
Stay calm and be relaxed. Take time to unwind and enjoy the wedding journey as it unfolds. Remove yourself from stressful situations and let the day happen naturally.
