Your wedding location, dress, colour palette, and even the time of day all influence your final makeup look. An elegant evening wedding calls for something different than a sun soaked lakeside elopement. I always take these details into account — especially here in Queenstown where the lighting, scenery, and weather can vary so much. Whether you’re having a luxe winery celebration or a laid back mountaintop ceremony, your makeup should suit the vibe perfectly and last you for the whole duration.
The Trial: Where the Magic Starts
The trial is where your vision comes to life. We play with tones, textures, and styles to find what works best for your features and wedding aesthetic. It’s a collaborative process — you can be as involved or hands off as you like. I encourage honest feedback and will tweak things until you’re 100% happy. This also gives us time to see how the makeup wears on your skin and make adjustments if needed, while having a great chat about your wedding day.

One of my favourite things to do is bring out what already makes you beautiful. Whether it’s your sparkling blue eyes, radiant skin, or stunning cheekbones — my approach is always to enhance. I carefully choose products and techniques that work with your skin type, face shape, and unique features. No cookie cutter contouring here — every brushstroke is tailored to you.
